Keith Price is coming off a subpar season, begging the question, is there a better fit under center? Cyler Miles, Troy Williams, and Jeff Lindquist all saw time in the Spring Game, but Miles is the only one who had much of a positive impact. Price’s 2012 campaign was far from perfect, but he outshined everyone else in the Spring Game, making it a possibility he could return to his starting role.

The story was originally reported by The Seattle Times’ Bob Condotta. The Dawgs open their upcoming season on August 31, against Boise State.

As he briefly spoke about in a previous post, Stringfellow is out of California, and regarded as the best WR in the recruiting class. A player with athletic talent, he will give Keith Price another target to throw to, that is if he doesn’t red shirt, like Chris believes will happen. Stringfellow has the ability to out-muscle, and out-jump DB’s across the Pac-12 spectrum, which will be a plus for a below average QB like Price turned out to be last season.

But, as Chris points out, a good team needs to have at least a decent special teams, and Cameron Van Winkle can, and will, put the Huskies in a better position than they were last year.
