Colten Teubert started his career with the Regina Pats of the WHL before helping lift Team Canada to Gold and Silver performances in the under-18 Championships. He was eventually chosen by the Los Angeles Kings in the NHL Draft, but was sent to the minors before being traded to the Edmonton Oilers.

Colton Gillies has hockey in his blood after his uncle Clark Gillies made the family proud by being voted into the NHL Hall of Fame. Gillies started off on the inept Saskatoon Blades but showed enough promise for the Minnesota Wild to call him in. Since then, he has joined the Columbus Blue Jackets in Ohio.
