Remember The Name: Damore’ea Stringfellow

Stringfellow Huskies

NWSB Insider and Washington Huskies football blogger Chris Hall is back to tell us all about the top WR recruit the Huskies just landed, Damore’ea Stringfellow. As he briefly spoke about in a previous post, Stringfellow is out of California, and regarded as the best WR in the recruiting class. A player with athletic talent, he will give Keith Price another target to throw to, that is if he doesn’t red shirt, like Chris believes will happen. Stringfellow has the ability to out-muscle, and out-jump DB’s across the Pac-12 spectrum, which will be a plus for a below average QB like Price turned out to be last season.

With the loss of both Tony Wroten and Terrence Ross to the NBA, the Huskies are definitely a team without a star. Incumbant big time point man C.J. Wilcox will have his hands full trying to carry the bulk of the scoring. Abdul Gaddy will have to step it up during his senior year to take over this team as the floor general.

With the departures of Tony Wroten and Terrence Ross, this leaves the leadership roles up to Abdul Gaddy and C.J. Wilcox. There are not a lot of imcoming players as of yet either, only two to be exact: Mark Mclaughlin and Jernard Jerreau.
