Washington just announced it’s 2012 Hall of Fame class and it included two Husky football legends in Lawyer Milloy and Dave Hoffmann. Both Milloy and Hoffmann had stellar careers at Washington, setting records and helping the team to roll to national titles and Rose Bowls.

NWSB Insider and Northwest sports blogger Steve Lee tells us five teams that should draft Terrence Jones in this years upcomming draft. Of course number 1 on this list it the Portland Trail Blazers, as Jones is a native Oregonian, but other than Portland, Steve tells us that the Phoenix Suns would be a nice place for him to land as well. Complementing Marcin Gortat, Markieef Moris, and Jared Dudely in a big lineup. In Portland, Jones could run the wing with Nic Batum moving to shooting guard.

NWSB Insider and UW hoops writer Clinton Bell tells us that the Washington Huskies are going to have a very hard time repeating as conference champs this season. With the departures of Tony Wroten and Terrence Ross, this leaves the leadership roles up to Abdul Gaddy and C.J. Wilcox. There are not a lot of imcoming players as of yet either, only two to be exact: Mark Mclaughlin and Jernard Jerreau.

Marques Tuiasosopo was a leader and a champion as a Washington Huskies quarterback before entering the NFL with the Oakland Raiders. While his NFL career didn’t pan out, Tui immediately went to work to give back with his alma mater Washington. Soon after, he landed at UCLA as a specialty coach.

Although labeled a bust after he entered the pro ranks with Indianapolis, Emtman will always be a hometown legend for the years he spent anchoring the Washington Huskies defensive line.

Insider fully expects Chip Kelly to move on to the NFL because in his mind he’s already there. Washington State will be in a much better situation than Oregon because of it.
