Washington State (9-8, 1-4 Pac-12) saw forward Brock Motum hit all five of his first-half shots to lead the Cougars to a 31-25 lead at the break. Tony Wroten only had 13 points for UW, C.J. Wilcox was out, and Darnell Gant had 13. Terrence Ross was the star on Sunday with 30 points and 14 rebounds.

Jae Crowder’s 3-pointer with 6.3 seconds remaining lifted to a wild victory over Washington at the Jimmy V Classic in New York. Terrence Ross led the Huskies in defeat with 19 points.
