Clinton Bell profiles one of the Northwests own, Blake Hawksworth of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Born in North Vancouver BC, but raised in Sammamish Washington, Hawksworth is a true northwest athlete. Playing his high school ball at Eastlake High School, and collegiate ball with Bellevue Community College, Hawksworth than went on to get drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals.
Blair Thomas is back with another Northwest Athlete Profile, this time it’s Portland born Darwin Barney of the MLB’s Chicago Cubs.
