Seattle and Harvin will survive his injury

Percy Harvin, Pete Carroll, John Schneider

NWSB Editor and Insider Chris Anderson talks about Percy Harvin’s reported hip injury at the start of training camp. Harvin isn’t dying, he didn’t have his leg severed, and as of right now, there is still a lot of speculation as to how serious his injury is. And though I do tend to over-analyze things at times, Seahawk fans really need to learn to wait this one out before sending the man get well cards like he’s contracted the worst disease you could think of.

NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks’ blogger J.D. Burke talks about some players who the Seahawks should think about adding to their roster during training camp. Always being somewhat of a critic, J.D. points to the fact that Seattle being ranked in the No. 3 spot in Sport Illustrated’s first rankings is just unacceptable. The players he lists could help the Seahawks jump to No. 1. Richard Seymour, Eric Winston, Nick Barnett, Joe Mays, and Brandon Moore.

Having high expectations is a good thing

NWSB Editor and Insider Chris Anderson talks about the upcoming training camp for the Seattle Seahawks and briefly recaps what has happened since Seattle’s last game. Suffering a heartbreaking loss to the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC Divisional Round, the Seahawks reloaded in the offseason and will look to be better than ever in 2013. Russell Wilson’s development and the addition of Percy Harvin will pay huge dividends this year.

NWSB Editor and Insider gives you three question marks surrounding the Seattle Seahawks before they head into training camp next week. Questions surrounding the backup quarterback battle Tarvaris Jackson vs. Brady Quinn, and production at wide receiver including Golden Tate, Doug Baldwin and Percy Harvin. Plus the health of the d-line all have Chris potentially worried about the start of 2013. He assures Hawk fans not to fear, however…

Is this the most anticipated season in Seahawks history?

Pete Carroll & Russell Wilson

NWSB Editor and Insider Chris Anderson talks about the hype surrounding Seattle’s 2013 NFL season and whether or not it is merited. We are officially less than one month away from the Seattle Seahawks’ first preseason game of the season against the San Diego Chargers. Set to kick off on Thursday, August 8 at 7 pm, many national media members and sports fans will shrug this off just like they do every preseason game. What will Cliff Avril and Michael Bennett add to Bruce Irvin & Chris Clemons on the D?

Seattle 2013 OTA’s Observations: Championship offseason

Spencer Ware with the intention of having him replace Michael Robinson for cap relief(Rod Mar/Seattle Seahawks)

NWSB Editor and Insider Chris Anderson talks about the first two days of Seatle’s OTAs. Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch, and Percy Harvin (to name just a fraction of the offensive stars on the roster), give Seattle huge potential heading into 2013. Their defense isn’t too shabby, either, as the Legion of Boom will be back in full force while the defensive line continues to shape-up nicely.
