He’ll average $7m a year and run thru 2014. The Seahawks now have a mentor for rookie Bruce Irvin locked up. The timing of this deal also suggests that Seattle may have gotten Clemons on more of their terms.

Breaking News: Seahawks re-sign Marshawn Lynch to multi-year deal
