NWSB Fantasy Football Insider and Seattle Seahawks’ blogger Dave B delivers to us his Week 11 NFL fantasy football forecast for the Minnesota Vikings vs. Seahawks matchup on Sunday afternoon. Dave says Russell Wilson has thrown for multiple TDs in four straight games and has 17 TDs on the year. He is comfortable in the pocket and can hurt you with his feet as well. Golden Tate should look good this week. Percy Harvin is no lock to play this week, he’ll be on a snap count if he does.
NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks’ blogger Jordin Ereth details the Seattle unit that was most impressive in their triumph over the Atlanta Falcons. Jordin points out the offensive line for getting the job done. It helped clear space for a big game from Marshawn Lynch, and it also allowed Russell Wilson to sit back and take his time as he tore up the ATL secondary. The Legion of Boom played solid as a unit, but the offense finally got going.
NWSB Editor and Insider Chris Anderson talks about Seattle’s dominant win in Atlanta that saw them get revenge over a team that knocked the Seahawks out of the playoffs last year. Relying on Hauschka to get the first points on the board for Seattle, Russell Wilson and Marshawn Lynch flexed their offensive muscles as the Seahawks routed Atlanta 33-10.
NWSB Editor and Insider Chris Anderson talks about Seattle’s win over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday and gives out his three game balls to the top performer on offense, defense, and special teams. While Russell Wilson was phenomenal through the air, Marshawn Lynch was stellar on the ground and powered the Hawks to victory. Walter Thurmond III stepped in big after Browner left with an injury and Steven “Automatic” Hauschka was…well…automatic.
NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks blogger Brett Bivens will weigh in each week with his blue print for a Seahawks win on Sunday. This week the team has a matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Defensively, the Hawks must be ready for big games from Steven Jackson, Tony Gonzalez and, of course, Matt Ryan. On offense, look for Marshawn Lynch to get involved early and often. The team also needs Alvin Bailey to finally hit his stride.
NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks blogger Brian Scott tells us today the 2013 Seattle Seahawk team is doing something this year that they did not do last year. Especially when you compare it to the 2nd half of last year’s team. That Brian points out is dangerous. The pressure will be on Kam Chancellor, Earl Thomas, Richard Sherman, Brandon Browner, Walter Thurmond III and Byron Maxwell this week vs. Roddy White, Matt Ryan, Tony Gonzales & the Falcons.
NWSB Editor and Insider Chris Anderson talks about Seattle’s win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and gives you some things to love and hate from a strangely close overtime victory for the Seahawks. Though they did end up coming away with a win in the game, the Hawks looked lackadaisical in the first half of the game and hasn’t looked impressive in their past few games. Great game for Marshawn Lynch, Doug Baldwin, Golden Tate, and Bobby Wagner.
NWSB Fantasy Football Insider and Seattle Seahawks’ blogger Dave B delivers to us his Week 9 NFL fantasy football forecast for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Seahawks matchup on Sunday afternoon. Dave says that Marshawn Lynch (now cleared to play) is a MUST start Sunday. Beast Mode gained only 23 yards in St. Louis. He will take his frustrations out on the Bucs this week. Sidney Rice is gone leaving just one viable pass catcher on the roster Golden Tate.
NWSB Editor and Insider Chris Anderson presents the offensive, defense, and special teams game balls from Seattle’s 14-9, sloppy win over the St. Louis Rams on Monday Night Football. With the offensive really unable to get anything going, Golden Tate stepped up and accounted for both of Seattle’s touchdowns. Defensively the Seahawks were once again spectacular but it was Earl Thomas who really pushed the envelope, and Jon Ryan complimented the special teams game…
NWSB Editor and Insider Chris Anderson talks about Seattle’s sloppy and narrow victory over the St. Louis Rams on Monday Night Football. Heading into St. Louis as 13-point favorites, the Hawks and their depleted offensive line couldn’t get anything going but still managed to rack up just enough points to slip past an ailing Rams team. It was an ugly win, but the Seahawks will take it. Golden Tate, Earl Thomas, Richard Sherman, and Paul McQuistan are front and center.
NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks Blogger Jordin Ereth brings us up to speed on the storylines he’s watching leading up to the Monday Night contest with the St. Louis Rams. Jordin says this game could get ugly. With Sam Bradford out with a torn ACL, this game has the potential to go Seattle’s way from the beginning. The return of Michael Robinson is another storyline to watch. Check out the prediction about Earl Thomas, Kam Chancellor, Brandon Browner and Richard Sherman.
NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks Blogger Brett Bivens will be profiling players during the 2013 NFL season. This week, Bivens covers Golden Tate, the young wide reciever with loads of potential. The truth is that this organization has a decision to make on his long-term status. Alongside Percy Harvin, the two can do some damage, but even with a potential departure of Sidney Rice, the team must be creative. Although Russell Wilson and Marshawn Lynch are always hot topics around Seattle, Tate is an interesting subject as well.
