Schneider works well with Carroll, learned from one of the best in Ted Thompson and worked hard to get where he is.

There are a large number of Seahawks fans that love him and there are quite a few who do not share the feeling. Some fans flat out hate the guy and believe he should be replaced immediately. Brett doesn’t share that opionion.
