Chuck Armstrong and Howard Lincoln are opposed to the SODO development plans being put in place by business man Chris Hansen. It would bring scheduling, traffic and parking challenges that would likely require hundreds of millions of dollars to mitigate. OR would it take away money from your luxury boxes and gate revenues?

Plans are to build an arena to attract a NBA franchise and NHL franchise to the city of Seattle.
