Day 13 Today the A-man weighs in on the injuries and returning players coming back to practice. Wide receivers Doug Baldwin and Ricardo Lockette both were back in action today. Defensive backs Ron Parker and Jeron Johnson didn’t practice today. Tight End Zach Miller didn’t practice today either, but he’s OK.

Brandon Browner didn’t practice either today, for an undisclosed reason. Phillip Adams, a three year veteran, took Browner’s spot in the starting lineup in drills across from Richard Sherman.

Injured Doug Baldwin was doing some light route running, but not sure if he did any team drills.

Russell Wilson had the most snaps of all quarterbacks today, and was the best passer on the field for the second straight day. Matt Flynn did a very good job of moving the offense today as well.
