While OTA’s are voluntary for some, many people still make the effort to show up for a free team workout. One big name that has yet to show his face is DE Chris Clemons, who is entering his contract year with the Seahawks. He was supposed to be mentoring young Bruce Irvin.

On Monday the Seahawks traded a 7th round pick to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for Kellen Winslow Jr. Neither Cameron Morrah or Anthony McCoy were going to be the answer for the Seahawks as the 2nd string TE in 2012. Winslow is an immediate upgrade at the position. It’s also no secret that Seattle was looking to beef up the position.

Don’t overlook Seattle’s agreement to bring back cornerback Lewis, who was a special-teams captain in 2010. Lineman Deuce Lutui ranks as the biggest addition the Seahawks made Friday. All-in-all a very busy day.
