With the nasty fastball that Felix has, the M’s haven’t seen this kind of domination since Randy Johnson left town. If the Mariners want Felix to be a star on this team for the future, they better find a way to make him happy and score runs more regularly.

Kyle Seager and Justin Smoak blew up to begin June. They were both hitting really well, especially during the road trip to kick off the month. Another North West Athlete in the spotlight today. MLB Baseball pro and current San Francisco Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum. He was drafted in both the 2003 and 2005 draft but turned down the Chicago Cubs and the Atlanta Braves respectfully. He is the first pitcher in MLB history to be awarded the Cy Young in each of his first two full seasons.
