Wilcox scored nine consecutive second-half points for Washington. Aaron Broussard had 20 points and 10 rebounds to lead Seattle, Tony Wroten had 24, C.J. Wilcox finished with 25.

Seattle U played well against the University of Washington and plays WAC regulars like Utah State, Idaho and San Jose State. With eleven players returning to the squad, led by Prince Obasi and Allen Tate, the Redhawks have a team that is already familiar with each other.
