NWSB insider C-Mac brings us a Northwest Coaching Profile on past Vancouver Canucks head coach and general manager Marc Crawford. A former Canucks draft pick and then a Coach. Cool story. Crow was selected 70th overall in the 4th round by the Vancouver Canucks, and promptly made it to the NHL the very next year in the 1981-82 season. After seven years, Crow was finished in 2006 coaching VanCity.

Dave B. Profiles one of the classiest hockey players of all time, Joe Sakic. The Burnaby born and bred sniper played 20 seasons and now has his number retired by the Colorado Avalanche, the organization he spent his entire career with, including the first few with the Quebec Nordiques. He remains part of the NHL landscape today as Executive Advisor and Alternate Governor for the Avs.
