Another North West Coach in the spotlight today. Current Oregon State University Coach Craig Robinson. Matt Martz, one of our Oregon sports area bloggers points out Coach Robinson has had much success in the past but is struggling at the helm of the OSU Basketball program. As the saying goes though, there’s always hope and Matt thinks it shouldn’t be too too long before OSU fans see a little March Madness Action.
Matt Martz our Oregon beat blogger weighs in with what lies ahead for the OSU Beavers basketball team and Jared Cunningham in the month of January. Hopefully, Oregon State will have snatched their first two games in January, before they hit the road to face in state rival Oregon who pelted the Beavers both times in 2010.
Oregon State Beavers coach Craig Robinson has them off to a 6-1 start in the Pac 12. They are dreaming of a Big Dance in March. Sophomore guard Jared Cunningham is the team’s leading scorer, Forward Devon Collier is the 2nd leading scorer, the frontcourt tandem of Eric Moreland (6 rpg) and Joe Burton (5.4 rpg) are the leading rebounders.
