Gameday skate: Canucks host Oilers in second of back-to-backs

They host the Edmonton Oilers tonight in the second of back-to-back games for both teams tonight at Rogers Arena. Dale Weise and David Booth are both expected to sit out of tonight’s game. Roberto Luongo will start against the Oilers for the fourth time this season after earning the win last night against the Coyotes.

Bure played for 12 seasons in the NHL with the Canucks, Florida Panthers and New York Rangers. He played his first game for the us on November 5, 1991. Owner Francesco Aquilini brought Bure back to Vancouver this week. Vancouver let him know they appreciated him still.
