Hill’s lawyer, Edward T. M. Garland, says urine tests taken after the arrest came up negative. A team can now sign Hill without worrying about discipline from the NFL stemming from this incident.

The 29-year-old Hill has now been arrested three times over the past three years, once for another marijuana charge and again for domestic violence.
