The linebacker’s legal troubles have plagued him for some time now, and his off-the-field issues are becoming tiresome to even write about. Most recently, Hills has been arrested on the charges of Individual Domestic Violence and Assault Individual. If he returns to the NFL, he could be facing a suspension.
