NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks blogger Matt Church weighs in with a Seahawks post about his question marks for the 2012 season. Is Bruce Irvin the real deal? Can the moves at the linebacker position be the answer for the most inconsistant position on the defense last year? Also In comes Tarvaris Jackson, the returner. He’s doing well. Will the inexperienced Matt Flynn be any better?
NWSB insider and Washington Huskies blogger Jason Green tells us Jake Locker did enough in 2011 to further cement the fact that he’ll have a fine NFL career with the Tennessee Titans. Cam Newton and Andy Dalton got all the press this season, but Jason doesn’t think it will be long before Locker is the best rookie QB from the 2011 class.
We all know an NFL lockerroom is a lot of fun. Well the Seattle Seahawks Richard Sherman and Anthony Hargrove take it to a whole new level. I’m sure you guys have seen this already. But I had to post it after watching the Seattle Seahawks dance off for the “shower pill”. Gonna Make You Sweat! The Seattle Seahawks Locker Room Dance-Off. Thanks to Roy Lewis for posting this Twitvid.
Seattle Seahawks defensive end Red Bryant was snubbed this week for the NFC special teams player of the week award. They instead gave it to Patrick Peterson of the Arizona Cardinals. Big deal. He ran back an 80-yard punt return for a TD against the Rams. Big Red blocked two kicks versus the Washington Redskins. Enough said.
