NWSB Editor and Insider Chris Anderson continues predicting the way Seattle’s 2013 season will play out. At this point in the season, entering game nine, Chris expects Seattle to have found their identity on both offense and defense. While Pete is a defensive Coach by his pedigree the Head Coach is ultimately responsible for all positions on the team, including the QB. And the Seattle QB competition is important. One has to wonder would another 7-9 record send Pete packing?
Seahawks insider Brett Bivens brings us news of a three new Friday signings in Seattle. Guard Deuce Lutui, linebacker Barrett Rudd, cornerback Roy Lewis sign one-year deals with Seahawks. Don’t overlook Seattle’s agreement to bring back cornerback Lewis, who was a special-teams captain in 2010. Lineman Deuce Lutui ranks as the biggest addition the Seahawks made Friday. All-in-all a very busy day.
