Eric Hassli’s presence in the box drew a lot of attention on the cross by Camilo, opening up space for Jay DeMerit’s late run and header for goal.
NWSB Insider Jason Green tells us why the Seattle Sounders were crushed by Santos Laguna in leg 2 of their CONCACAF matchup. New G Michael Gspurning gave up 6 goals on 10 shots on goal and the Sounders got into an early hole and could not climb out of it in the second half. With the Sounders out of the CONCACAF Champions League they can concentrate on the MLS season.
