Right now Brian says that you have 3 players you can pencil in as starters: Felix Hernandez, Hisashi Iwakuma, and Taijuan Walker. While James Paxton will likely be a starter as well, the Mariners should look towards free agency to fill the 5th spot in their 2014 rotation.

As he heads into the last year of his contract he holds a career .326 average with 2428 total hits as well as 423 stolen bases. Danny says if he performs at the same level of 2011 the choice will be easy.
