NWSB Insider and Vancouver Canucks blogger C-Mac weighs in on the overachievers and underachievers in Van City for the end of the 2012/13 regular season. Jason Garrison was on the underachiever side of this list at the quarter season mark, but he made a superb turnaround. Alex Edler is the single most disappointing player that the Canucks have had to endure this season. David Booth could well be the victim of Vancouver’s buyout amnesty.
On Sunday night the Vancouver Canucks played host to the Anaheim Ducks at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. Rock n Roll royalty was in attendance as Gene Simmons, his wife Shannon Tweed had front row seats. Jannik Hansen, typically the one asked for his autograph, put the shoe on the other foot and approached Gene to sign his stick.
Vancouver Canucks blogger C-Mac dips into the Moments In Time series at NWSB for his next blog post about the Vancouver Canucks best ever NHL draft picks. He ranks them from 5 thru 1. Kevin Bieksa, Stan Smyl, Daniel Sedin, Henrik Sedin, Pavel Bure and fan favorite Harold Snepsts all make the list. Would you make any changes to this list? Who would you add?
