It was a great season for the Seattle Sounders, but not a happy ending. They lost 3-2 on aggregate to Real Salt Lake in the MLS Playoffs last night at CenturyLink Field on November 2, 2011 in Seattle, Washington. Freddy Montero and Kasey Keller did their best, and that’s all you can ask for.
Mauro Rosales and the Seattle Sounders have a major hole to climb out of if they are going to make their 3rd straight Western Conference Finals. In the first leg of their 2-leg series facing the 3rd seed of Real Salt Lake, Seattle were spanked 3-0 in Salt Lake City.
