Brandon Browner didn’t practice either today, for an undisclosed reason. Phillip Adams, a three year veteran, took Browner’s spot in the starting lineup in drills across from Richard Sherman.

He notes Russell Wilson and Matt Flynn are much better at throwing the ball in stride for the receiver, something Tarvaris Jackson struggles with. Injured Doug Baldwin was doing some light route running, but not sure if he did any team drills.
