Mariners Chone Figgins is going to ride some serious pine

NWSB Insider and Seattle Mariners blogger Danny Ferguson points out Chone Figgins was given five weeks to get to where a normal leadoff hitter has to be with his swing, his bat, his average, and where did it get him? At the end of the first month, Figgins had dropped his average to .189 which is right where he was at the end of the previous season.
