On Saturday Vancouver Canucks GM Mike Gillis pulled the plug on a big trade. David Booth come to Vancouver and going to Florida are Mikael Samuelsson and Marco Sturm. Booth and Kesler both played on the 2001-02 U.S. junior national team and should fit nicely alongside countrymen (and ex Florida teammate) Chris Higgins on the Canucks second line.
