Did you miss the Phoenix Coyotes vs. Vancouver Canucks Wednesday night? Ray Whitney had three assists and Mike Smith finished with 39 saves for the Coyotes win. Alexandre Burrows and Ryan Kesler, on the power play, staked the Canucks to a 2-0 lead in the first 10 minutes, but Rostislav Klesla got the Coyotes on the board and they didn’t look back. Roberto Luongo took the loss.
Did you miss the Phoenix Coyotes vs. Vancouver Canucks game Monday night? A 2-1 shootout win by Van-City. After the teams traded goals during the first, third and fifth rounds of the shootout, Ryan Kesler skated in and wristed a shot past former Canucks backup Jason LaBarbera. Roberto Luongo then denied Boyd Gordon’s backhander to preserve the victory.
