NWSB Insider and Seattle Sounders writer Clinton Bell brings us his Love Em & Hate Em recap from the Sunday night 1st leg playoff match with the LA Galaxy. I don’t know who was out there wearing the Rave Green tonight, but it definitely was not the Sounders team that I have watched all season long. What a mess of a game, sloppy on offense with nobody wanting to take chances, and just plain out played on defense. Now we have the task of winning at least 4-0 to advance to the MLS Cup.

The atmosphere was electric, and the players on both sides of the ball want to win this as much as the fans want them to. Super sub Freddy Montero bailed out the Sounders with his game winning goal in the 64th minute. Eddie Johnson added one later.
