NWSB Insider and Seattle Seahawks blogger Reggie Gill tells us why he loves the news this week of the Hawks re-signing DE Chris Clemons. Its a 3-year deal. The 2012 contract has been ripped up. He’ll average $7m a year and run thru 2014. The Seahawks now have a mentor for rookie Bruce Irvin locked up. The timing of this deal also suggests that Seattle may have gotten Clemons on more of their terms.
