The tale of a man named Chone Figgins

Mariners insider Danny Ferguson brings us a fairy tale today. Seattle Mariners third baseman Chone Figgins didn’t have a great season last year. In fact, it was so bad he was booed out of the lineup and was supposedly injured by season’s end. Figgins has now been named the Mariners leadoff hitter for the 2012 season to make it a true fairy tale for him.
