Both teams are completely out of the NFC West race but a little divisional pride is on the line.
Seattle has finally started to get some sort of running game going. The offensive line is finally healthyish and they are opening some holes for Marshawn Lynch who has scored in five straight games and has back-to-back 100 yards games. St. Louis currently owns the league’s worst run defense, allowing just over 150 yards per game.
There is good reason to believe that Seattle should have some success.
Seattle’s defense will be a good test for a Rams offense that has been pretty bad this season.
The Hawks matchup quite well however – they Hawks are 12th against the run and rushing is all that the Rams have on offense.
St. Louis has been the team that has taken the biggest step backward this season. They are bad offensively and they are bad defensively.
Sam Bradford is healthy but his numbers wouldn’t suggest so.
He has completed just 55% of his passes this season, has only four touchdowns with four interceptions.
St. Louis averages just 196 yards passing per game – good for 26th in the NFL.
It is not the passing game that is going to beat you, it is Steven Jackson that will!
Steven Jackson enters the game on a bit of a tear. He has averaged 139 yards rushing in his last three games and scored two touchdowns three weeks ago (none since).

The Seattle Seahawks have owned the St. Louis Rams – 11-1 SU and 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games. It boils down to the Rams inevitable inability to stop Marshawn Lynch that will be the difference in this one.
The Hawks are not a great team – but the Rams are worse!
Pick: Seattle Seahawks +1
