Seattle vs. Miami Betting?
Headline: Seattle Seahawks Take Show on the Road vs. Miami in Week 12
The Seattle Seahawks emerge from their bye this week and head south for an encounter with the Miami Dolphins, a team that looked lackluster to say the least on national television against the Bills last Thursday night. With one of the better runners in the NFL, an emerging passing game and a defense that has shown no signs of slowing down, Seattle appears poised to keep the pressure on in search of an improbable Wild card spot in the tough NFC.

The Seattle Seahawks are one of the true surprises of the NFL so far this season – well rounded and supremely coached.
Seattle will come out of their bye with the worst ranked passing game in the NFL but getting better – truth be told, the stats seem a little unfair.
And then there is Marshawn Lynch and Seattle’s sixth ranked rushing attack with an average of 142.40 yards per game. Seattle has stuck with the run all season long and no team has been able to slow them so far. Seattle lives and dies by their running game but with an increasingly potent passing attack, the Hawks suddenly look very dangerous.
Seattle’s defense continues to be a strength of this team – young, athletic and talented. This unit allows just 16.10 points per game – good for 2nd in the NFL; they are 7th against the pass and 12th versus the run. Miami’s offense has been anything but spectacular the last few weeks – the Hawks have to be salivating at this matchup!
The Miami Dolphins started off the season in tremendous form but have fallen back to earth thanks to a three game losing streak. The offense has soured and the defense hasn’t done enough to keep the Dolphins ahead in recent weeks.
As mentioned, Miami was the talk of the league through the first seven weeks of the season but have fallen on hard times. It culminated in Week 11 when they were totally outclassed by a Buffalo defense that had stopped nobody all season long.
Rookie Ryan Tannehill is finally starting to look like a rookie and somewhere along the line, Reggie Bush has lost his mojo.
The Fins enter Sunday`s game with the 24th ranked passing offense and the 21st ranked rushing game. They score just 18.70 points per game which is 26th in the NFL. The things that were working early in the season simply aren`t now – the Fins have been exposed and look like an average team at best.
The Miami defense has been OK in areas – 9th against the run allowing 96.80 yards per game. They are also 8th in points against – just 20.50 per game but they have been torched by opposition passing games – they are 27th in the NFL allowing 266 yards per game.

Miami isn`t scaring anybody at the moment – they made the Bills look like a well balanced quality team!
With a week off to heal and prepare, the cross-country flight doesn`t appear as daunting for Seattle.
Look for the Hawks’ blue collar team to work until the final whistle and emerge victorious against a Fins team that already looks like they are playing for next year!
