Seahawks: NFC West Week 1 Game Capsules
EAGLES @ RAMS (Sept. 11, 1:00 p.m. ET):
Sam Bradford and Josh McDaniels will almost certainly have a beautiful marriage but don’t be surprised if they experience some early growing pains.
Bradford lost some crucial playbook study time because of the lockout. The aggressive Eagles’ “D” and their vaunted secondary will be a tough Week-1 test.

Michael Vick scooting around on turf is also a scary proposition for Rams fans.
SEAHAWKS @ 49ERS (Sept. 11, 4:15 ET):
The 49ers aren’t head-and shoulders above the Seahawks talent-wise but they could seriously bully their division rivals this week.
Tarvaris Jackson still hasn’t found his rhythm and he’ll face a decent defense on the road.
The Niners will also be hungry to avenge the beating Seattle gave them to open last season.
PANTHERS @ CARDINALS (Sept. 11, 4:15 ET):
This looks like one of Week 1’s least predictable games. How will Kevin Kolb fare in his Cardinals debut? Will he continue to flash the great connection he showed with Larry Fitzgerald in the preseason?
Or will he be jittery and shell-shocked like he was in his first start with the Eagles last year? Also, how will first overall pick Cam Newton fare for Carolina?
Will he sink the Panthers will with poor throws or wow us with his feet?
