Seattle has not looked good at all in their last three games and will have to put together their best effort of the season if they hope to contend with the juggernaut Ravens.
Baltimore’s offense is littered with talent – some have underwhelmed this season and some have continued to put up stellar numbers. Joe Flacco, Anquan Boldin and the passing game are 12th in the NFL while Ray Rice and the running game are a surprisingly low 22nd ranked, averaging just 102 yards per game.
The Ravens are all about defense! Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs, Ed Reed and company are as daunting a unit as there is in the game.
They are 5th against the pass, 3rd against the run and they allow only 16.25 points per game – good for 2nd in the NFL.
The Seahawks are stumbling again! But if there is a bright spot, it has to be Marshawn Lynch who had his best game of the season last week with 135 yards rushing and a touchdown.
Tarvaris Jackson came down to earth last week and threw three interceptions against Dallas. Seattle owns the 23rd ranked passing game, the 30th ranked rushing game and they score the fourth least point in the league – an average of 15.25 per game.
It goes without saying – the Hawks offense will have their hands full on Sunday!
Seattle’s defense has been middle of the road so far this season but they have been unable to generate much-needed turnovers. This unit is responsible for just 13 sacks and 14 turnovers so far this year!

The Seattle Seahawks have been surprisingly good ATS this season – 4-1-1 ATS in their last six and 4-1 ATS in their last five at home. The Ravens are 4-2 SU in their last six games versus Seattle but are just 3-5-1 ATS in their last nine against the Hawks.
The bottom line in this game is that Seattle will have an extremely difficult time scoring points against the stout Baltimore defense and we know that Baltimore will be able to score on Seattle.
Baltimore is an elite team and unfortunately, is completely out of Seattle’s league.
Expect the Ravens to build on last week and to take down the Hawks by 10.
Pick: Baltimore Ravens -6 ½
