The Byron Marshall effect…

Ducks win another

In yesterday’s torrential downpour at Autzen Stadium, Byron Marshall fumbled two of his first four touches while filling in for the injured De’Anthony Thomas.

That didn’t stop him, though, from going on to have one of the best games of any player.

“Marshall entered the game with two touchdowns and tied that mark within the game’s first 10 minutes. He capped a rough first possession in which he lost control of the ball twice with a 14-yard touchdown to the left side. He added a 25-yard rushing touchdown with three minutes remaining in the quarter.”
