Dale Weise Breaks Nose

Got to feel for Dale Weise today. On Valentine's Day of all days Weise broke his nose in practice on Tuesday, leaving the ice with a bag of ice up to his face (which brought back terrible Valentines Day memories from your truly) early Tuesday afternoon.

Seriously, last year I got in a fight on Valentines day, it sucked. Despite the tough luck Weise told the media Tuesday morning that he plans to play Saturday night against the Leafs.

Not exactly great timing for Weise with Duco and Bitz gunning for his spot. Something tells me he fights a Leaf or two in national TV in his first game back with some new job competition.
