Byron Bitz' Debut

Byron Bitz fired one shot in over eight minutes against the Avalanche on Sunday but contributed in the first period with a number of big hits and a solid fight with Cody McLeod. What did you think of his debut in a Canucks jersey? At the very least Vancouver seems to have found another "tough guy" to bolster the bottom six if Bitz can shake off the remaining rust.

All he has to do is be a better forward than Andrew Alberts. Based on one game he didn't look out of place and a guy in the bottom six who can actually drop the gloves and not embarrass himself (I'm looking at you Lapierre) would obviously be great.
