What we learned from preseason game 1 vs. Calgary

Eddie Lack: Is very very Legit. I think he's having a solid camp too

Marco Sturm: I think he's going to make the team

Owen Nolen: Intrigues me. Can he still get it done? We shall see.

I miss Ryan Kesler, and Mason Raymond, but I think its time to embrace younger players like Cody Hodgson and Victor Oreskovich as the future as well.

I miss Rypien and Demitra.

That it was the first two games of the preseason? That was obvious. I think what was most evident from the game is that they have yet another gem in Eddie Lack and that whenever they trade Gingerbricks, Lack can step in and be a decent back up to Lu.

Can't disagree with you there. Nice to be set at GK for a change, compared to the old days when we only had 1 good one in the system.
