Blue Jackets GM Scott Howson posted on his Twitter feed that he believes the left leg injury to right wing Derek Dorsett is "not as serious as first feared."

Dorsett injured his leg after his skate appeared to get caught in the ice as he fell during Saturday's game against the Boston Bruins.

He was eventually assisted off the ice by two teammates and was unable to put any weight on his left leg.

Dorsett has a career-high six goals, two assists and 73 penalty minutes this season.

It was easy to see how the Carter trade could backfire on the Jackets, especially after his post-trade tantrum, but I didn't think they'd be this bad.

They're not bad up front but their blueline is average and Mason is brutal.

They're definitely a team that would have interest in Cory Schneider, I'm just not sure what would be interesting off that roster.

Should be an easy game, but those games aren't usually. Either 6-1 Vancouver or 2-1 Columbus.

It's amazing they haven't fired Claude Noel yet.

ugh apparently Sweatt's emergency recall has expired so Alberts is back in as forward...

What's the deal with Oreskovich? They hate him?
