Vancouver Canucks President and General Manager Mike Gillis announced today that the Canucks have reduced their training camp roster by eight players.

The following players have been released:

Michael Curtis, Centre
Craig Duininck, Defence
Ryan Harrison, Centre
Steven Janes, Right Wing
Brendan Jensen, Goaltender
Jonathan Lessard, Right Wing
Ian Saab, Defence
Andrew Smith, Right Wing
