This team looks like it it laid it all out on the line last Spring and is coming to terms with the fact that their best wasn't quite good enough.

Can they turn this around it win the Northwest? Make the Playoffs?

What would you do to get this team over the hump?

ballard..yeah i think he's past the point of shaking this off
that blueline isn't as strong as it looked in years prior
would love a nice reliable right-handed shot to be brought in
that should be the target at the deadline

can you move ballard? probably. wouldn't expect much back in return but the capspace could be valuable.

This one of those nasty hangovers that stays in your head well into the evening. Unless Minnesota somehow keeps this up, this team is still a lock to be at the top of the northwest by years end. And then int he playoffs, the training wheels are coming off. Remember how Gillis picked up Higgins and Lapierre for a song at the deadline? Imagine what he can grab this year and imagine they half the impact Higgins and Lapierre did in the spring.
