Roberto Luongo finishes 634th at 2012 World Series Of Poker
And just like that his tournament is over.
Soon to be EX-Canucks goaltender Roberto Luongo finished 634th at 2012 World Series Of Poker.
Lu had made it through to the fourth day of the World Series of Poker’s main event tournament in Las Vegas, but his chip stack was dwindling pot by pot.
Still must be said he had a fun time considering his 10k buy in was handled for him by his sponsors at the B.C. Lottery Corp., whose Playnow.com paid his entry fee.
We wish Lu luck at his next cash game. The game of NHL contracts, and his likely new job in Toronto, Chicago or Florida.
Luongo will make some $ from his time in the desert since the final 666 players will get paid.
Reportedly his take is over $19k.
