Keith Ballard's Road to Recovery

According to TSN's Farhan Lalji Canucks defenceman Keith Ballard has struggled through the road to recovery from a concussion, crushing allegations over managerial interference during his recovery. The timing of Ballard's original injury and his potential return on the heels of Aaron Rome's most recent injury is a little curious.

I really do wonder. It's amazing how if verified it would be a villainous violation of the CBA, yet on the "assumption" that's what the team is doing, no one really gets upset. Reminds me of Bountygate, but not dangerous.

Maybe the constant headgames, comments, scratchings and benchings over the years was a calculated plan to break Ballard's brain in early 2012.

We need all the healthy bodies possible come playoff time, injuries are bound to happen.

I'm sure he is hurt, I just find the team's luck in terms of injuries amazing. For the last two years any time the Canucks have needed cap space a player has fallen to injury almost instantly.
