Washington (13-7, 6-2 Pac-12) picked up its ninth win in its last 10 trips to Tempe. Arizona State (6-14, 2-6 Pac-12) dropped its third straight game and has lost 17 of its last 20 meetings with the Huskies.
Tony Wroten scored 22 points to lead Washington to a 60-54 Pacific-12 win over Arizona State Thursday.
The Pac-12’s leading freshmen scorer was 9-of-12 shooting from the field and added six rebounds in the win.
Arizona State struggled offensively in the second half, shooting just 3 for 10.
Washington shot just 1 for 8 from 3-point range and was 19-of-31 shooting from the free-throw line.
Terrence Ross added 12 points and seven rebounds for the Huskies.
Washington guard C.J. Wilcox returned after missing four games with a stress fracture in his left femur.
He scored four points in 10 minutes.
