Clearly Sarkisian has built the program to a point were the Huskies are better then the have-not's of the conference, but this season not only were the Huskies unable to take a step forward against the better programs, Nebraska, Stanford, Oregon, and USC, it looks like the maybe taking a step back a little. In everyone of those game Huskies were blown out, and their defensive strength (run defense) was gashed for 1,219 yards as all four teams were able to move the ball with ease. Sarkisian's play calling has taken some as of late. In the loss to USC it look like Sark was a little to conservative in his approach down field. Electing to use the fly sweeps, and bubble screens instead of using the middle zones Keith Price had become accustomed to taking advantage of. The question I have to Husky fans is, Are you confident in Sark's ability in winning big games or do you think this maybe another Mike Stoops situation? where the ceiling goes as high as 8 wins?
