UW advances to NIT Final 4
The Washington Huskies Mens basketball team last night exacted a measure of revenge on their neighbors to the south the Oregon Ducks.
Washington came out firing early and jumped to a 12-6 lead, which ignited the crowd, and led 46-42 at halftime.
In the end Washington topped their to the south state rival 90-86, will face either Minnesota or Middle Tennessee State on March 27 at Madison Square Garden.
Terrence Ross scored a game-high 24 points, Tony Wroten Jr. had 22 and C.J. Wilcox had 17 giving the Huskies their third straight win in the NIT.
