NFL Odds Favor Saints as Division Contenders Clash
Heading into the final third of the NFL season, both the New Orleans Saints and New York Giants have their respective division leads in sight. In each case, however, those NFC playoff berths are far from guaranteed. This Monday, the former will host the latter on the Week 12 football odds board.

The Saints currently sit atop the NFC South Division with 10/1 odds of winning the Super Bowl, but their one-win advantage over the second-place Atlanta Falcons isn’t ironclad. If Drew Brees and co. want to widen their lead, or simply just maintain it, they’ll need to show up to play against a competitive Giants team.
It won’t be easy against New York, even from within the confines of Louisiana’s Superdome, because the Giants are neck and neck with the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC East and desperate to advance. They may have just 40/1 odds on the NFL futures board, but have proven themselves to be legitimate time and time again.
Fans looking to bet on the NFL tilt will find it hard to ignore New York’s recent two-game skid, a slide in which Eli Manning hasn’t looked particularly effective under center. Will the heavyweight matchup against Brees be enough to get him going?
